Awsome collection of scifi stories - By: bob st.something, 13 Nov 2008
When it comes to scifi, Asimov is the master.
Every story is well thought out & original, many of them have little morals; probably all of them will make you think.
And of course "The Last Question" is really beautiful.
I think Asimov with his short stories caters for the more scientifically inclined, more the thinking mans writer, but even still a layman with no interestin science would still be able to grasp the subject matter through good story telling.
A strong collection of short stories from Isaac Asimov - By: markacu@thenewfrontiers.co.uk, 18 Feb 2000
This is a collection of stories which demonstrates the full range of Isaac Asimov's ability from adventure to romance & from suspense to humour. There is something here for everyone including the excellent "Nightfall" which still stands today as a gem of modern science fiction. In my opinion this collection is not quite as strong as the first volume but is equally deserving of a read.
An excellent collection from the greatest Sci-Fi author ever - By: markacu@thenewfrontiers.co.uk, 18 Feb 2000
This collection of stories firmly establishes Isaac Asimov as the greatest science fiction writer ever. He skillfully writes about a broad variety of themes with imagination, realism & characters that you can almost touch. This book also contains "The Last Question" which I feel is almost certainly his most profound story ever & just has to be read.
