This book is good for a beginner who has dreamed either a weird, good or bad dream & doesn't understand what it was about. This book helps the reader think about their dreams &in the dream dictionaryin the back, it also gives the reader an idea of what happenedin their dream. There are also explanations of why we dream & why we sleep to make the unconcious mind more clearer to the concious self.
