A CLASS ACT!!! What a man! - By: S. S. Hundal, 21 Nov 2006
Let's leave the boxing aside for a second. This book is a must read for everyone, any walk of life, male or female. Such a candidly open & fascinating read of the trials & tribulations we all go thorugh on a daily basis to achieve our goals & aspiarions. To know that a former World Super Middleweight Boxing champion has the same insecurites as you me & (Bob next door) is truly calming. Not to exaggerate this bookin its own way works as a self help book, there is at least a couple of stories within that everyone can relate too. And the way Chris deals with each of these with honour, pride, a positive outlook & the upmost diligence is a lesson to us all. Mr Eubank I salute you.

EUBANK - SIMPLY THE BEST - By: , 10 Jun 2005
chris eubank was the most wizard-like boxing man ive even seen when he was at his best. he did lack consistency yes but he was unique at times, when he was actually on his game he was second to none as far as talent & uniqueness are concerned. eubanks was a genuine one-off. ive seen footage of his new york golden gloves winin 84 & its frightening, he looked more like a robot than a fighter, butin a good way !
eubanks did things that others simply didnt/couldnt do,in his movements i mean, & he made things look effortless. v.robotic. so slick. lovely balance. wow.
he was an unbelievable physical specimen & could be so masterful at timesin things he did with his body.
eubanks eccentricities were the primary factorin drumming up the infamous benn fight. firstly the ludicrously dangerous, hands down gesturing to the referee when he felt that milo was suffering too much punishment, & then the absolute genious camera positioning with the classic eubank pose after the stunning 20 second ko of dos santos, that basically said to benn "check this out....this is what i do.." as he glanced over his shoulder as the ref was trying to revive poor reginaldo. days later....the infamous "whos fooling who ?" was signed...and one of the fiercest battles to ever play outin a british ring was realised. not to mention the greatest rivalryin british boxing history was born by eubanks eccentricities.
eubank was a very very special addition to british boxing indeed.
as a man, he is just as inspirational. he's a great man, a lovely man, & you cannot help but love the guy. we all love you chris. to come from the streets & to do what he did, what can i say. the guy could of easily commited suicide when he was 15. but he somehow became a silver-spoon-sucking intellectual, an enigmatic entertainer & multi millionaire !

Couldn't put it down! - By: Gertrud, 17 Jul 2004
I can't work out why he gets such bad press. This book tells the story of a man who is courageous enough to be himself, to focus on what he wants & got it without compromising his integrity.
We need more men like him. A role model for my sons indeed!

Whatever you think of him, he has a hell of a story to tell. A true sporting heroin my eyes.
