Chinese food in minutes - By: Keen Cook, 10 Sep 2010
Really is great foodin minutes. Some recipes are longer like the beautiful very tasty Sichuan Chilli Bean Beef Stew - marvellous to have a chinese twist on the very british beef stew, its divine. Very clear & easily followable methods, most ingredients can be sourced from larger supermarketsin the UK, some a little harder to find, but i am blessed with a few oriental/ethic food stores locally. If you are after a chinese take away without the "saltiness" then this is the book for you.

This is a fab book, very easy to follow & much better than any take away chinese, once you've sampled some of Chings easy delish dishes you will never want to eat from a take away again. Try the fantastic battered king prawns .....pure heaven mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Not just one more cook book - By: Sandy, 18 Aug 2010
I have many Chinese cook books & am proud to add this one to my shelf. It's beautifully presented, easy to follow & inventivein dishes. After having watched the author on television I was impressed to see that her recipes were as simple as she suggested & remarkedly tasty.

A Book handy to have on your shelf - By: K. Vincent, 21 Jul 2010
I had followed the series & the book wasn`t a dissapointment, once you have all the ingredients & have them ready to hand it literally takes minutes to cook each meal.I must admit I did tweak & add extra ingredients such as onions to the Chicken, green pepper & black bean sauce but the book is a good basic guide to Chinese cooking.
