Dispite the reviews on the Amazon web page ruining any suspense & giving away all of the plot turns i finished this book anyway. It is unfortunatly overly formulistic & extremly predictable, sadly i have read this book beforein several guises. Shame it's a good title. And not a bad premise.

I read this bookin 2 days!! It started out great & I couldn't put it down until the end. The characters are great. What a wonderful read.
For a first novel, this is well developed, enjoyable reading - By: , 22 Oct 1998 I actually got this out of the library (sorry Amazon) while picking up a couple books to take on a trip; I was hooked from page 1 & read this book pretty much straight through to the stunning ending 350 pages laterin about 2 days while on vacation; I would highly recommend this to anyone interestedin a very suspenseful novel!
A completely complex thriller you won't figure out. - By: , 16 Oct 1998 This book starts out with a double whammy & keeps on going. I could not put it down even to sleep. When I couldn't stand it, I must admit I read ahead & thought I had the ending figured out, only to find outin reading that I was as continually misled as the charactersin the book.
This story is as complex & as gory a mystery story as you could want. Evenin the end...or is it the end?
