Modern, detailed view of mysterious subject - By: , 28 May 1999
This is an area of science that seems neglected, hiddenin the back room of the "mad scientist". however, this book details both traditional & moderns means of obtaining, using, measuring & studying aspects of static electricity, including history. Several projects containing relatively common materials compliment the theory. The author is very open minded about sciencein general, although sometimes to the extreme. Allin all, a very informative, even enjoyable read for anyone interestedin high voltage electrostatics.
