heart warming as well as detailing difficulty being a mum, wife & career woman. gritty determination throughout life - finding identity as well as coping with day to day problems. being yourself! fascinating read.

I really enjoyed reading this book, & would highly recommend people to read it. It's easy to think that because people arein the media, that they have a charmed life Linda's is proof that it isn't always the case. I found it a moving read, & I found myself really admiring her courage & stamina.

Love this book could not put it down,Lynda has had her ups & downs like everyone else, but has dealt with it really well.I would not look at another man if I'd met the men Lynda had met! Great read.

Had no idea her life had proven so difficult with regard to her choice of male partners etc. An interesting read & I would recommend it to anyone who is a fan of Lynda. Her road through life was far from easy & simple. She has proven herself worthy of being a good writer with clear & eloquent prose, very much as she does on stage & on TV etc. A brilliant book.
