My son needed something more than his picture dictionary, but not so large he lost interestin looking a word up - & this is perfect.

The only down side is the size (A5) & being a hardback, it is a little heavy for carrying around on a daily basis.

This dictionary was recommended by my mother - a primary teacher over over 20 years experience as the best infant dictionary around. Having purchased it - I can only agree. Fully supports the National Curiculum.
