This textbook gives a comprehensive guide to the relevant acts with regards to Company Law. It includes the Company Act 1985 as well as the relevant statutory instruments.However, the print is extremely small & quite difficult to read. It does however provide an excellent addition to more comprehensive company law texts & personally i have found it extremely valuable. For law students a statutes book well worth getting at a decent price.
