This book is more detailed than required for most students studying the compulsory public/constitutional & administrative law course for their degree/GLD, but is by far the clearest & most thoughtful book on the details of administrative law proper/judicial review. It combines the relevant bits of cases with inciteful discussion of policy. If you only read one book for your administrative law course, this should be it.

I found this book far to difficult to follow & unnecessarily complicated. I advise anyone considering buying this book to purchase the Leyland & Anthony book instead, it's far more useful, & cheaper!
