very imaginative! - By: jenaveve, 27 Jul 2008
this was absoloutly brillaint! the characters are great & the plot is full of twists & turns to the extent that you can barly put it down.
this book takes you on a jounrney backin time & is similar to the da vinci codein that it is about the holy grail & its story but being written before it gives you the sense that you are reading the firstin an endlessyly exciting & captivating genre. well worth reading!
An Exciting Story of the Past and Future - By: Hustle Rose, 02 Jul 2002
This book is fabulous! I especially loved the parts with Saladin, the man who has lived forever. He kills not because he is evil, but because he is bored. I love his statue of the washerwoman with the axein her chest that stands herein my living room (just kidding:*>) & how imaginative the character is. I also really liked Hal Woczniak, the drunk ex-FBI agent, who has given up on life & himself after a tragic case that he solved too late.
This story is a brilliant thriller that is imaginative, jumping from 2500 BC to 1992 AD to 485 AD & around & around. It also solves the case of Jack the Ripper. . . but you'll have to read it to find out for yourself what happens!
A tantalising blend of harsh reality, fantasy and adventure. - By: , 27 Jul 2000
Enter the pages of this book & you will travel through time, fantasy & adventure. A magical mix of modern day life blending with chronicles of the past which draws youin so deeply that you will feel that you are there, living with the characters, living the story. Fans of Arthurian Legend will love this. A mythical cross of Highlander meets Merlin! This fantasy adventure takes on an uncanny realism as it's modern day input gives you something to relate to. I read this bookin less than two days, because I could NOT put it down, needless to say I was deeply dissapointed when I turned the last page! Read it. You WILL NOT be dissapointed.
