I almost tossed this book during the first 60 pages. It was very hard to get into, hard to believe the characters. At about page 65, the book got really excellent & drew me into it, so quite a long wait to be a good book. Unfortunately, the ending is a complete letdown of ill-thought-out philosophy that rambles on & on, almost seeming without end. The editor should have thrown the last 50 pages back to the author for a serious condensation.
