This book has fantastic recipes from all round the world with lots of sauces to go with other dishes. All the recipes we tried were simple, clearly explained & tasty. Our favourite recipes are the sweet & sour tofu, the thai green curry (which tasted just as good as one we hadin a restaurant) & the thai fried rice.

It has a special section on sauces which has quick & interesting sauces including a vegetarian gravy, garlic sauce, pesto & salsa to name just a few.

It has now become our most used cookbook as the recipes are so reliable (and we are not vegetarian).
