i read some of the case studies & i have to say it moved me to tears. easy reading & also easy to absorbe some of the technical jargon. what a fabulous book, not surprised that no one has come up with something better.

this cover all the latest work needed to workin dementia care & is informative & gives a view into Kitwoods own experiences & values which is useful to the reader.
Very applicable concepts to this area of work.
would have given five stars but found some of the middle chapters harder to read than the others which flow smoothly.
