This book is great. It shows so much diversity & displays such a charisma that compels you to read on. It is so good for locating info because of the index located at the back of the book. It also has questions on most pages & a course work guide near the rear of the book. Pamela uses vocab that is easy to understand & you do not feel embarrassed if you don't understand something. You can also apply it for yourself, if perhaps, you want to find out about something that is of a personal nature. It is a great because you get read the easy laid out book with ease. It also helps you with your child study as it tells you what your child should be doing for his or her age which means that you have an ongoing reference at home. It hasin about discovery play which most child development books don't have. It is great value for money & it will help you even when you have your own children! A MUST have!!!!!

It has all that you need to know not just about child development but also about personal things that you might just want to find out about. This book will surely guide youin the right direction to getting a great markin your child development GCSE. It sets you questions at the end of each topic so you can be sure that you have understood everything which is very helpful. It even has things that you should involvein your child study, which is great if you are slightly unsure about what to do. At the back of the book there is a coursework guide that I have found very handy! The index at the back allows you to quickly & efficiently find out what you need to know.
The book is so good that you can actually use it for yourself- you may find out things that you never wanted to ask adults or friends. The diversity that is displayedin this book truly makes child development fun & exciting.
If you are looking for a little helpin this great subject or you just want to get more information on a particular aspect of growing up, then this is the book for you. Its clearly laid out & it doesn't make you feel inadequate. The best book that anyone can buy.
