As a want to be mumin my 30's I was worried that it might be difficult to concieve & wanted to maximise our chances. This book is based on research, easy & interesting to read & not too preachy. I found it motivated me to make gradual changes bit by bit & there was also plenty on male fertility which my husband didn't object to reading & acted on too.

I have recommended this to all my friends who want to try & make babies & I feel it certainly helped us get pregnant.
