An inspiring read. - By: edd101, 26 Oct 2007
Having read a few Psychic books including authors such as Derek Acorah, Mia Dolan & Jean Kelford i thought that i would give Tony Stockwell a go & wasn't disapointed at all.
He writes with compassion, tenderness, honesty & admits that he is still learning his trade & admits to making the odd mistake, a very humble man.
Because i believein the eternal soul & reincarnation, i often think how could i explain this to someone (in a nutshell) who is as open to these things as a closed door. Tony does this to perfection within a short paragraphin the book.
'Embracing eternity is rather like looking at a vast vista of plains & valleys, hills & mountains, on & beyond, as far as the eye can see. Some things we can see close-up, others at a distance, & others, however much we may strain our eyes, are out of vision. But not being able to see the whole vista, on demand , all at once, does not mean it is not there or does not exist. It simply means we have to make an effort, take the first step & start walking if we want to see the rest.'
Tony introduces his spirit guides Star & Zintar & reflects on many of his expriences from a young boy & then starting out & helping othersin his teens to the present day; many stories, many chills going down the spine.
On the down side & no blemish against Tony, if the publishers had spent enough effortin ensuring the pages of this book went from 1to243 than making sure it was made from recyclable paper it would have been an even better read. My copy went from page 1-182, then repeated 32 pages that i had already read earlierin the book & started again at page 215, so i had to imagine what went onin between. The words piss up & brewery come to mind.

Thought Provoking - By: F. E. Alton, 14 Jun 2007
Yet another fabulous book by Tony Stockwell, this book will make you question alot of things about this life & the next. It relays lots of different experiences he has had rather than it being an autobiography. (Read his book Spritied for that, its fasinating). If you have any interestin the pyschic world its a must read - I couldnt put it down.

O grave where is thy victory? O death where is thy sting? - By: KAT, 29 Dec 2006
I really enjoyed Tony Stockwell's first book Spirited so I just had to read Embracing Eternity. In my opinion the latter is the better of the two. However, I thoroughly enjoyed Spirited, although to me it was more autobiographical than Embracing Eternity. Embracing Eternity is more about explaining how a phychic-medium works & what to expect from the afterlight. The book, I found, was very uplifting & I completed itin just short of 3 days. Tony puts on no airs & graces & goes to great lengths to explain his world to you the reader. This book would be wonderful for anyone who is grieving, & the grieving process is something which Tony not only explains but understands. Even hardened sceptics should take the time to read this book, it might - just might - give them food for thought if they are open-minded enough to let it. Thanks to Tonys books I am nowin noubt that after I pass on not only will I be off to another place but I will still be able to make contact with my love ones on earth. If you are reading this review, then you must at least have some curiosity as to what the book is all about. All I can say is - give it a chance & it might not only change your views on death, the earth & the spiritual plane but it might change your whole outlook on life. If not, then at the very least you will come away feeling warm & uplifted - & what more can you ask from a book than that?!
