Truly Dreadful - By: Mr. S. J. Parcell, 07 Apr 2008
I love Most Haunted but feel it has lost its earthy feel of late. This book however was truly dreadful. I found it patronising, dull & poorly written.
The best of the bunch - By: Peter Rayburn, 19 Aug 2006
This is probably the most anticipated book of the year for anyone interestedin the paranormal & it doesn't disappoint. When I heard that Yvette Fielding was writing a book about ghost hunting I couldn't wait (she is of course the most famous ghost hunterin the world), at last a book that has credibility, interest & excitmentin equal measures.
Many booksin this genre, especially books by some psychic's, seem to filled with 'look at me' egos telling the reader how great they are & 'how many lives they've touched' usually a lot of rot, they bitterly disappoint. It's about time a book was out there filled with interest & Ghost Hunters is it.
As soon as I bought Ghost Hunters I read itin one go as I truly couldn't put it down & as soon as I read it I started again. I know several people who have bought this book & all of them have recommended it to others. Each chapter will scare youin ways you could never imagine, I defy anyone to read it it without getting goose bumps. It's scary because it's true!
Ghost Hunters, co-written by Ciaren O'Keeffe, is the best bookin this genre & a milestonein publishing, it has no rival, it is clear, presice & eloquent I can't wait for the next one. Roumer has it that this best seller will be sequalled soon as both Yvette & Ciaren have been signed by the publishers for a number of books...well done, can't wait.
Good book. Disappointing pictures. - By: Bungle, 16 Aug 2006
I really enjoyed this book. It was very interesting. However the picturesin it aren't very good quality & most of the time it's pretty much impossible to see what it is they are trying to show you!
