This was a present for my sisterin law - Ali who is blind & has a learning disability. She loves cats & this book because it is easy to understand but not too childish, made a brilliant present. We shall certainly be buying more....

This book was about a little hamster called Frisky. It was also about Mandy, a girl & James, a boy. One day Mandy & James went to Mandy's Gran & Grandad & Frisky was there. They had a lot of fun with Frisky & lots of accidents as well. One day Frisky gets lostin a jumble sale while it is being organised, but Mandy & James find him.

The character of Frisky is playful & funny. He went whizzing roundin his wheel & the children liked him.

I liked the book because it was well written, exiting & interesting. I could also read it on my own. Bethea aged 7 years
