I think that this seris is well written & I love the characters. Charlotte is a prarie girl sent seemingingly out ouf harms way only to find her new situation worse than before. I love how this book tiesin with the first bookin the seris & highly recommend the seris to anyone who enjoys historical fiction!!

This is a book about a girl who is sent to Baltimore to stay wih her aunt & uncle & cousin who don't pay any attention to her.
Charlotte,shadowed by her Aunt and cousin !! - By: , 28 Apr 1998 This was my favorite bookin the Hearts & Dreams series!I guess its because i am alot like Charlotte, i think & describe people the same way she does!I care & wonder how people feel! I think thats what the character Charlotte was like or how Ms dokey decsribed her!I loved the character Mathew he seems shy & full of little life untill he sets his mind to something!

She misses her home & feels out of place, then she is kidnapped! This is another good Hearts And Dreams. I can't wait for Stephanie & Carrie to come out!
