This is a fantastic book by two fantastic teachers. To get this kind of teaching from the direct lineage of the Dalai Lamas of Tibet is truly rare. This book explains not only how yoga works but why. It has a full yoga workout that you can use to build up a daily practice & is explained step by step with good quality photos.

Geshe Michael Roach & Christie MacNally have both completed a 3 year silent meditation & yoga retreat (very rarein this modern world), have studied with both Buddhism & Yoga's most respected teachers, & are renowned teachers themselves.
