This book soon became a favourite with our 20 month old son who is very into books & currently especially Thomas books. He would ask for 'Bertie' since this is about how Bertie the bus challenges Thomas to a race.

Although he enjoyed the sound button, & this did not last many days of rough toddler attention, there is plenty of opportunityin the text for making your own noises.

I think that this is a very enjoyable book, especially for the younger readers, they will love constantley pushing the buttons on every page, creating amazing sounds & following the great storyline.
