The start was boring, but as I got into it I enjoyed it. The best thig about it was that you did't know what was going to happen next.

This book is OK. - By: , 20 Jul 1999
At first this book is exciting when they were trying to escape from the blade ship but when you read the part when they reached the Arctic,it was was boring until the end of the story.Anyway it is OK.
Set apart from all other Animorphs books. - By: , 18 May 1999
Most Animorphs books have absolutely no substance to them, meaning that things just happen without any emotional bases. Butin this book, Ms. Applegate, for once, exhibits the emotions of the five characters, so that you can really feel their pain. You feel the characters' emotions as they are cold, tired, & hungry, strandedin the North Pole with nowhere to go. There is really only one battle scene, & it is not really a big deal, but that is good, because the battle sections of books really just take up space, when they could be used for more important things, such as the storyline & plot (of which is greatly developedin this book). Overall: Best Animorphs book out yet!
