As a lifelong sportsman, I am a Tennis Coach, I have suffered with my health by preventing me from fulfilling my ambitions.
I have been Type 2 Diabetic for 5 years having been diagnosed such by a colleague who was also Diabetic. I tried for a year to control by eating sensibly, but `sensibly` is a broad vision dependant upon your basic thoughts & knowledge of the human body, added to your individual environmental acceptances by dint of your upbringing. My `sensible` eating was incorrect....although I believed it to be correct, according to my background.
The PH Miracle for Diabetes has proven my whole approach to Diabetic Correction was wrong, & it has changed my entire thinking & attitude.
Dr Young has put his finger right on the button, where Diabetics can now greatly improve their lotin life with a) reduction of daily medication and/or b) Complete cessation of Medication by following his advice.
My daily Medication was 500mg Metformin & 80mg Gliclazide twice daily
but after only the first week on `Greens`as per the advicein the book, I reduced Metformin by 500mg/day also for 6 weeks now I no longer take the 5mg Lisinopril per day (to guard against High Blood Pressure). The foregoing is to me valid proof that the system contained within this book is practical, exciting, available, easily understandable & most of all enjoyable to employ. Hope this review is of help to other sufferers of Diabetes whether Type 1 or Type 2 & that it gives them the impetus to embark upon a wonderful, challenging journey towards good health.
I personally cannot thank Dr Young enough for his in-depth research of the Diabetes problem culminatingin the Alkaline versus Acid realisation which we Diabetics can now understand & apply with confidence.
I intend to reach the point of becoming a NON-DIABETIC & report the full datain this space. Remain resolute, keep to the system & improve your life. BCNU. Ray.
