How can you publish guidebook for Russia without kyrillic letters? - By: Ann Nilsson, 23 Oct 2008
This travel book about Moscow & St Petersburg could have worked if the writers would have thought about the kyrillic letters. You can not get byin Moscow without a Metro map with Russian letters, you will be totally lost, as I was until I found a better map. The guidebook neither contains practical information on sights etc, which I think a guidebook should. It can be read beforehand as it contains som kuriosa, butin Moscow or St Petersburg you will need other guides. In my opinion it is too British, why not think about othersin the world that do not use British pounds.

This beautiful travel book about Russia is what a explorer needs fior this vast, beautiful & intriuguing country. It gives one a good idea of the country, from its ethnic composition, flora & fauna & physical features, cities, towns & villages ad other attractions. I also found Union Moujik, Russia & Belarus to be useful guidesin understanding the pulse of the country
