This is a good text to start any analytical chemistry course. A text which is comprehensive & also easily understood with clear illustrations & good explanation. Suitable for advanced undergraduate studentsin any analytical chemistry course. A good reference too for higher levels such as MSc or as a research reference.

I have found the book useful on the 2nd year of my analytical module of my chemistry degree. It covers not only the techniques used for analysis but the analytical process & has been of great use with assignments. It also includes diagrams of analytical equipment showing how they work with photographs which show you what to expectin the lab. the solutions to the exercises arein the book itself which is useful for self study. the mathsin the book are well laid out & explained. overall it is a useful book when studying analytical chemistry.
