One of Britain's top motivation speakers - By: LXIX, 15 Mar 2008
Jack Black is an ordinary Glaswegian who set out to investigate stress & ended up becoming one of Britain's main motivation/self-help speakers & writers. Jack is activein top blue chip companies (corporate) & also at regular seminars (personal). At these seminars you can get to meet himin person. He makes the point that he's always the last to leave & is approachable.
Jack's writings & audio products are easy to follow & involve creating a wheel of life, finding out what you really want, & using various mind techniques to tap into the right (creative) side of your brainin order to help achieve these goals.
Some of Jack's ideas are truly phenomenal (e.g. the power of night programming) & as the human race gradually expands the next frontier (i.e. the human mind), we owe a debt of gratitude to alternative thinkers such as Jack for sharing their contribution to this fascinating field.
Many people have said that Mindstore has literally changed their lives. These products are what you make them & if you are of mind to confront & implement changein your life then you'll find Mindstore very worthwhile.
Changed my life! - By: PHILIP MCNALLY, 16 Sep 2006
This is the first book on positive thinking that I readin 2000. I came home from holiday & immediately booked myself on the first course Jack was doing next.
The book definately got me on the right track & changed my life. You feel very proud when someone tells you that you have changed their lives for the better. Jack can be very proud of this book! In my opinion this book & any life changing book is VERY valuable. Worth way beyond the few pounds the book costs. Great value for money.
Read this book only if you want to; learn GREAT lessons or have a GREAT life!

It Only Works - By: J. Gillespie, 27 Jun 2005
I have beenin sales all my adult life & sales management for most of them. I first heard of Jack Black over 10 years ago from some of my salesman who had been on his Mindstore seminars. At the time I decided not to attend one myself (my limiting beliefs I guess). Since then I have read, watched & listened to countless personal development stuff; mainly from Americans, Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar etc. I recently bought Jack's paperback & accompanying two cassettes. It may be over 10 years old now, but this stuff is still fresh, relevent & as he says "it only works". For me, this is the one everyone should start with. It's morein tune with us conservative brits than the "in your face" american stuff. I've signed up for Jack's follow on seminar from Mindstore called "The Island". Hopefully I will see you there too.
The Power of Mindstore - By: , 11 Nov 2003
The Mindstore system is generally usedin business & for people who are trying to improve performancein sport, or at work. However, i believe the program could be the answer to many people's mental health problems. I first read the book (and started using the techniques) after being unable to attend work for 3 months, as i had been struggling with panic attacks & agorapobia. Amazingly i was backin work, feeling totally relaxed, just five days later. Since then i have come off the medication i was taking & begun to live the life i thought id lost forever. The techniquesin this book can change anybody's life for the better!
Impractical? - By: , 21 Mar 2002
My initial impression of this audio tape was of a jumbled message & long winded & impractical excercises, unless you have nothing better to do,in which case I suggest you get married & have kids! Not good for listeningin the car as it goes into an imagination game.
