Whilst on a personal development course I realised that I had a substantial number of negative thoughts which were holding me back.

After listening to this tape a couple of times I have noticed a definite positive shiftin my thinking & have found things are improvingin my life.

Even if this does not occur, you will become extremely relaxed.
