If you eat fast food, then this book will re-educate you, but if you already eat 5 a day plus fibre etc, you may find it preaches to the converted.Very useful little book- By: Billy, 23 Mar 2007 This book tells you exactly what you need to do to change your diet for the better to improve your blood pressure. I bought a few books on the subject when I first knew I had to start addressing the problem. This book was the smallest & the cheapest, but has been by FAR the most useful so far.
