There are few truly pocketable editions of the Bhagavad Gita, but of those that are then this is probably the best. Sanskrit text of each verse, then the English translation. Annie Besant was at one time the President of the Theosophical Society, & has done the world a servicein her translation of the Gita. Her translation loses absolutely none of the original immensity of thought & conceptin Arjuna's conversation with the Lord Krishna. This is a book that should be read by anyone with an interestin spirituality, & the fact that this volume is small enough to carry anywhere makes it extremely attractive.
