This is the fourth bookin the Left Behind Series. It continues just after wrath of the Lamb--a global earthquakein the 21st month of the Tribulation. Our two main characters, Buck & Rayford, are once again the ones the story is built around. But this time you want to keep up with both stories as they work to see who is left alive. We watch them both try & find their spouse's. We also see that the world population is starting to realize they need to take sides...choosing to align with Christ or the Anti-Christ.... At the end of this book we see the beginning of the Trumpet Judgments.
This is the best written of the four book yet. There is actually a couple of twistin this book, which is nice. And once again the story does flow. That & the large print, I was able to read this bookin a single afternoon. For the first time, I will go directly to the next bookin the series & follow the story line.

Like all the other Left Behind books, "Soul Harvest" is 25 pages worth of plot dragged out into a full lenght novel (in order to make it more books so as to make more money, if you ask me). Like the other books, the characters are running around, looking for eachother, trying to find new converts & giving lengthy moral preachings. Towards the end there's a meteor approaching Earth. This could have been spectacular, but it goes nowhere, & then the book is over.
If you're looking for a boring book, you can trust LaHaye & Jenkins to churn them out because they know millions of "born again" Christians will pay them to do so. If you want to read a better book, read anything else...

I really enjoyed this fourth bookin the Left Behind Series, & found it better-written than the second & third booksin the series. In the second & third books, there was a lot of rehashing & repetition about what had happenedin the first book (for new readers who might be picking up that book alone, not have read the earlier books).
This book is packed full of action. It leaves me eager to go out & buy the next book, especially as regards the spy, & what that spy has transmitted to the enemy.

Now I find them the most fascinating books I've ever read. The language is beautiful, it's well written, & they are so amazing! They are awesome! I don't know any book that has affected me like this before! Read them!

In Soul Harvest there is only half a book. It appears thatin trying to get seven booksin the Left Behind series, the authors have only written half a book. By far the worstin an excellent series, a careful examination of the pages shows wides, larger margins & text. The Left Behind series is a perfect introduction to the non-Christian to what will happen to this world - don't spoil it guys.
