Agree with other reviewer. Ordered this two days ago as a gift for my friend's children. I took the time to read it through when it came & am reordering it now for another friend & her family. Wondering who else to buy it for because it would make a fab gift for many different friends & occasions. I'm a bit of a logical science girl & don't really do treacly, which it was slightly, but maybe that's what I need occasionally (yes, tears came to my eyes). It's not a 'story' as such, it's more of a 'meander through how God shows us that he thinks we're wonderful' with fab little illustrations. The book is beautifully presented & isn't just a children's book but is for anybody who wants to take the time & to hear what it's saying. I just hope it gets well used & well worn & doesn't now just sit on the shelf. That would be a real shame.
Just for info - I expected it to be bigger when it came. It's 13cm x 16cm so is quite pocket sized, but I expect perfect for little & bigger hands.
This book is beautiful - By: Kate, 14 May 2004 This is the most special present you can buy for someone you love... it convays the deep love God has for usin a way that little children & adults alike can relate too. It is so sweet it made me cry. The pictures are childlike & inocent it is written with such gentleness... everyone should read it.
