This twentieth volume of the excellent Bleach manga sees series' Soul Society arc endin a flurry of plot twists, betrayal & exposition. This volume answers many questions that have arisen throughout the series so far & raises even more as all the threads of the plot come togetherin a fascinating series of events that leaves the series headingin an interesting direction. The actionin this volume is good even if each battle is generally rather short but the story remains a page-turner throughout this volume. Bleach is a great series & this volume is a great showcase as to why it is so good.
End of Hypnosis, End of Arc - By: Jordan Swift, 24 Oct 2007 The Soul Society Arc of the story has been going since around volume six. Thirteen volumes (around 2600 pages) have been building to this one & it definitely doesn't disappoint. All the fights that have been brewing come to a climax spanning the whole volume. In one of the bests twists I've seenin a long time as well, the villain is revealed. It's brilliantly written & is always engaging.
Gin becomes more intriguing, Momo becomes more tragic, Kisuke becomes more mysterious (if that was possible). I've read to very many timesin anticipation of volume 21.
