I have enrolled on a creative visualisation course startingin October, & so I bought this audiobook to see what it was all about. I found it very relaxing, she has a nice soothing voice which puts you at ease immediately, & enables you to meditate & visualise easily. The accompanying music is also nice & calming. The techniques are easy & very achievable.

Very suitable for beginners, I recommend thisin conjunction with both her Creative Visualisation book, & Creative Visualisation Workbook. Even if you just want to listen to something very relaxing, I recommend you buy this tape.
