I know there is no miracle cure, only experience will improve your skills. Would only recommend this if you need presentation advice - for those looking to learn something new to help overcome your fears - don't bother. Reading this book is like I am having a conversation with Lenny. It is very conversational & easy to read. The content is tremendous. This book should be on everyone's list of "must have" books.
