As close to required reading as you get with a roleplaying game. It details vampiric heresy's, cults, & infernalists. The section on wights (vampires that lost the battle with their beast) is interesting, & opens up a whole new can of antagonists to unleash on your players. I was impressed. Only downside to the bood is that its a bit of a grab bag of stuff, some only loosly related to the rest.
