This second volume of the Bleach manga sees the substitute Soul Reaper Ichigo Kurosaki forced to save his friend & a possessed parakeet from a sadistic spirit. Through dealing with this threat Ichigo discovers new information on the afterlife & his rolein helping spirits pass-on. This volume also sees Ichigo having to deal with the more personal problem of a renegade soul running amuckin his body & ruining his reputation.
The Bleach manga continues to be nothing but funny & enthralling with some good artwork & nice action on displayin this second volume. Despite having watched the anime of this series & therefore knowing the general direction tat this series is going to take, I am still looking forward to reading the future volumes.
Excellent manga - By: Emoloz, 04 Jul 2007 If you like a great manga artist who can draw at his best as well as tell a maginificant story look no further. An everyday normal Japanese School Boy Kurosaki Ichigo's world is turned up side down when he meets a soul reaper Rukia who changes his world. I don't want to give too much a way but if you like gripping anime/manga storylines with a wide range of characthers & great action stories youin for a treat if you buy this.
