Suzanne Duckett catches the essence of each spa without over selling it, & gives you treatment details, tips on what to pack, a brief description of the area, the type of regular guests & even sums up the ambiance. Us readers are left to simply browse & enjoy planning our next trip - there are nearly 200 worldwide that she's reviewed. Great for a fun flick through, perfect if your looking for an intro to spa-ing, or a bible if you're a seasoned pro. Buy it, beg it, bag it! The most uplifting & inspiring travel & beauty book ever written.
