Although I felt relatively confident about email & word processing, I wasn't so sure about spreadsheets & databases. This little book really helped build my confidencein these areas as it covers all the essential knowledge you need to pass the test. It also lets you know exactly what to expectin the test & contains a detailed checklist to tick off the skills as you learn them. When you've ticked all the boxes on the list - you know you are ready for the test. This really boosts your confidence.
