They say good things comein small packages & this is certainly an example. It is a slim book with short statements of spiritual guidance & exhortation that speak to the human condition while often challenging our assumptions about our nature. People of any religion can read this (taking itin in small amounts) & benefit from it. The attractive presentation, while not necessary, adds to the reader's positive feeling. This is a good book to buy for oneself but also as a gift to others.

It gives the meditator clear focus & direction to their thoughts. A book that should be a 'must' for anyone who practices meditation, Baha'i or of any faith [I got it as a Buddhist].

I also reccomend the Baha'u'llah's "Seven Valleys & Four Valleys."
