I havein the past been very sceptical about meditational CDs but I gave this CD a listen after being recommended it by a friend. I was surprised to find that it actually really helped me to relax & the lulling voice on the CD made me feel much less stressed, a change which was also noticed by several family members who commented that I seemed calmer. This was put to testin particular before my GCSE mocks this term but again I found that the CD helped me sleep better the night before my exams. I am extremely glad that I put my original prejudices behind me & would encourage others to do the same. This CD is perfect for all teens eager to de-stress!
