I've always been interestedin face reading & practically devoured the entire bookin one sitting! It's a great book for anyone to start with if you're interestedin face reading. It has plenty of photos as examples of different types of features, together with succinct explanations of how to interpret them into different character traits & personalities. The entire book is well laid out & extremely easy to read.
It also has a lot about how to tell whether someone is more yin-oriented or yang-oriented & how to change your diet & lifestyle to balance your yin & yang energy. This would be useful for anyone interestedin the Macrobiotic Diet.
The only thing that stops me from giving this book 5 stars is that I know face reading is a very complex art & there is much more the book could cover eg which parts of the face relate to different ages of the person & how moles on the face represent different things. However, as a starting point, it's excellent!
