hmmmm not that cracking. - By: Dr. J. Messenger, 27 Oct 2008
Far too many errors for me to have much faithin it. I wonder if anyone proof read it, or did they just jump on the nMRCGP money spinning bandwagon (everyone else has). I'd suggest spending your money on one of the online examination packages.
Great general revision tool - By: V. Leighton, 29 May 2008
I'm a final year medical student & used this to revise for my MCQ exam. I found it really helpful, well laid out & the answers well explained. The way that the correct answers are rationalised gives this book an advantage over others. Obviously I don't know how applicable it is to the GP examinations, but I would certainly recommend it to any student who needs some well written & explained MCQs for practice/revision.
Excellent preparation for the AKT - By: A. J. Rosewarne, 21 Mar 2008
Having sat the AKT, I'd highly recommend this book. It is the only one I have found that is closelyin keeping with the new exam format. Questions were relevant & aimed at the right level. Layout is clear, answers cover the important points for each topic. Definitely worth getting.
Dr Khan - By: Dr. A. S. Khan, 07 Feb 2008
Its a book which helped me develop a system to answer the questions, rather than blatantly giving the answers like other books. As the exam is about working out the answer from the available data, this one trained me exactly that way.
nMRCGP Candiate - Dr Steve Karagiannis - By: Steve Karagiannis, 07 Feb 2008
This book was a great study aid, very relevant to the AKT & the questions along with explanations to answers were specific & straight to the point. I used afew of the other nMRCGP books out there on the market, but Rob Daniels book by far was the most useful.
