Most precious book containing 257 exercices demonstrated with easy-to-follow instructions: excellent photos & concise explanations. It is always important to perform exercices correctly - by using this book you should not do anything wrong. The model Toby Rowland is also very handsome which is also a big plus: you simply cannot resist to the temptation to look like him. For me looking great does not mean being a bodybuilder. This book shows you how to become a hunk, not a hulk, that's why I like it!
