PLAB FIRST AID was a fantastic guide- By: , 18 Mar 2004 In my opinion the PLAB FIRST AID was a fantastic guide. Its not designed to answer all the questions for you ,but rather be the ultimate study partner. The 9th march exam was very tricky though! However a careful review of FIRST AID PLAB tips the odds towards our end. All the best to all who sat for it.A nice book to start your preparations- By: Anil M., 09 Nov 2003 I had started my prep with first aid for plab by rxpg.i think its a nice book to start with as they will be explaining each & every wordin a question & their significance.it will let u have a hang of things especially if u are new to plab.only disadvantage is that only 5 papers are given.and one more advantage is that for each question after explaining why they have chosen the particular answer they have given the investigations management treatment & other salient features of that condition.in plab the same question can come as repetition but may ask diagnosis invest management or treatment so its better to read the whole thing.i would say that this was the book that boosted my confidence.the complete solution for plab part 1- By: , 19 Aug 2003 I recently prepared with this book & took the plab part 1. Ihad very little time but this book covered almost every topic that appearedin the exam. I have recommended this book to my friends. It includes explanations to all the questions starting from presentations to investigations & treatment.Allin all it is a complete bookin itself.Quite a few of the questions appearedin the actual exam itself.Congratulations to the authors
