This is not only the greatest kundalini book I have read, but it is also the greatest book I have read. It is a work of perfection. Througout, Swami Satyananda gives a wealth of information on Kundlini, the various methods to awaken kundalini, & step by step instructions for the kundalini kriyas (exercises). The final part of the book gives details on scientific research into kundalini & a facinating transcription of a discourse on the subject between several masters. The book is concise, very well designed & most of all very inspiring. Read this book & it will put you squarely on the path of genius.
